We hereby describe the cancellation policy applicable to our services.

For coaching sessions

Session cancellations made by the client less than 48 hours prior to the session will be charged 50% of the session fee. Session cancellations made by the client less than 24 hours prior to the session will be charged 75% of the session fee. Missing an appointment without notice or cancelling within less than 8 hours notice is charged 100% of the session fee.

For Workshops
Canceling up to 1 week prior to the workshop date: 100% session fee charged.
In case of cancellation between 1 and 2 weeks prior to the workshop date:  50% session fee charged.
No fee is charged when canceling over 2 weeks or longer prior to the workshop date. In this last case your participation in the workshops included in your prepaid plan can be rescheduled.

For Online Workshops

Unless the workshop is cancelled by us no refund is possible. By giving notice 24 hours prior to the start of the workshop you gain the right to use your money for another workshop offered by us in the following 6 months.

For Coaching Plans

Canceling within less than 24 hours (only weekdays) = One session is deducted from your Plan.
In case of cancellation between 24 and 48 hours prior to the session/meeting = No deduction from your plan, but 50% of an entire session fee is charged.
No fee is charged when canceling 48 hours or more prior to the session = No deduction from your plan, the session of the prepaid plan can be just rescheduled.

For Workshops Plans

Canceling up to 1 week prior to the workshop date  = One workshop is deducted from your Plan.
In case of cancellation between 1 and 2 weeks prior to the workshop date = No deduction from your plan, but 50% of the entire workshop fee is charged.
No fee is charged when cancelling over 2 weeks or longer prior to the workshop date. No deduction from your plan, the participation in the workshops can be rescheduled.

For Workshops GIFT CARDS

Canceling up to 1 week prior to the workshop date: 100% session fee charged.
In all other cases, the participation in a workshop through Gift Card can be rescheduled for free (within the expiry date) for a max. of two times.

For Coaching GIFT CARDS

Canceling within less than 24 hours (only weekdays:) 100% session fee charged.
For cancellation longer than 24 hours prior to the session, it can be rescheduled for free, for a max. of two times only.

Can this Cancellation policy be changed?
This policy may be amended from time to time. All amendments will be published on this webpage.
